You can return the item(s) within 30 days after purchase and ask for a full refund. If you receive damaged item(s) or if their size /colour does not match with what you ordered, we will issue a full refund. Please contact us to make a claim. When can I return an item?

  • Damaged : If the item you receive is damaged, please email our Customer Service providing some photos and a description of the issue within 30 days of purchasing the item. We will issue a full refund once the nature of the problem has been identified.
  • Not quality-related : If the issue with the product you ordered is not quality-related but you are still not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) for a refund within 30 days after purchasing the items. You will be issued a full refund of your purchase after we have received and inspected the returned item(s). You will be responsible for all shipping fees incurred.
  • Wrong Item : If you received a wrong item, please provide some photos and a description. You will be issued a full refund of your purchase after we have received and inspected photos and descriptions.
  • Wrong Size :¬†You can find all details about the sizes of each item on every product page. Please pay attention to the description of each product and to the information of your order.¬†The size of each item may have an inaccuracy of about 3cm/1.5 inch due to hand measurements. You can return items and ask for the full refund. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs incurred.
  • Colour Issue :¬†The precise colour of each item may vary depending on the computer screen settings, the¬†background¬†and the lighting conditions. Slight mismatches between the colour of your item and the colour shown on your computer screen may not mean that the item is defective or mismatched. However, if you feel that you have received an item that is the wrong colour, you can apply for a full refund. We classify this as a wrong item.
  • No Issues :¬†If you want to return an item with no quality issues, you are responsible for all shipping fees. This¬†includes ¬†both¬†the shipping cost we paid and also the shipping fee you pay to return the item back to us. The refund will be processed once we have received the item.
